PostChorus
Terms of Service
Effective September 19, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the PostChorus applications, website, Bridge service, support services, subscriptions, add-ons, and posting credits. By accessing or using PostChorus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What PostChorus does
PostChorus helps you compose, schedule, and publish content to social-network accounts that you choose to connect. Features may synchronize drafts, hashtag shortcuts, preferences, scheduled posts, media, connected destinations, and public post history through the PostChorus Bridge. Optional features may also provide URL shortening, AI-assisted suggestions, support-case management, and other account services.
Some PostChorus applications or features may be offered through TestFlight, beta testing, controlled rollout, or account-specific provisioning before becoming generally available. Features and supported services may change as PostChorus develops.
Your accounts and content
You are responsible for your connected accounts, account security, and everything you submit, schedule, or publish through PostChorus. You retain ownership of your content. You authorize PostChorus to process, store, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the features you request. You must have authority to connect and publish through every account you add.
You are responsible for reviewing your content, selected destinations, scheduled time, attached media, links, accessibility text, and other publishing options before sending or scheduling a post. You should verify important posts directly on each destination service after publication.
Scheduled publishing
PostChorus may allow content to be scheduled for future delivery. Scheduled times, processing times, network availability, authorization status, third-party outages, rate limits, and other conditions may affect when or whether a scheduled post is published. Scheduling does not guarantee delivery at an exact time. You remain responsible for reviewing scheduled content and confirming its publication.
Third-party services
PostChorus may connect to independent services including Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn, Threads, Tumblr, Pinterest, Nostr, and X when those services are available and enabled. PostChorus may also use services such as Google Gemini, GIPHY, Cloudflare, Stripe, Apple, transactional email providers, and URL-shortening providers to deliver requested features, infrastructure, security, communications, or payment processing.
Your use of each third-party service remains subject to that service’s own terms and policies. PostChorus does not control and is not responsible for the availability, pricing, moderation decisions, authorization requirements, API changes, content decisions, or actions of those services.
Subscriptions, add-ons, and purchases
Some PostChorus features require a paid subscription, add-on, usage credit, or separate purchase. Prices, billing periods, included features, and applicable trial terms are shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple, when available, are processed and managed through the purchaser’s Apple account and are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Purchases made through PostChorus Web are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for reviewing the purchase terms presented by the applicable payment provider.
Recurring subscriptions continue for the billing period shown at purchase unless canceled through the applicable payment provider. Canceling prevents future renewal but does not ordinarily end access before the current paid period or trial period expires. Deleting a PostChorus account does not necessarily cancel a subscription handled by Apple, Stripe, or another payment provider. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable payment provider and governing law.
Trial eligibility, duration, included products, and conversion pricing are displayed during enrollment. Unless canceled before the date shown at checkout, a trial may automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription using the payment method provided.
Plans and service availability
Access to a feature or connected service may depend on the customer’s plan, add-ons, account entitlements, third-party authorization, geographic availability, application version, or administrative provisioning. Not every feature or destination is included with every plan.
PostChorus may add services to a plan, remove services that can no longer be provided, or move future features into a different plan or add-on. Changes to recurring paid offerings will be communicated as required by applicable law and the rules of the applicable payment provider.
X posting credits
X publishing through PostChorus-managed API access is not included in a Core or Pro subscription. It requires X Credits purchased separately in available packs, which may include packs of 250, 500, or 1,250 credits. The price of each available pack is displayed before checkout. Buying a PostChorus subscription does not add X Credits unless a particular offer expressly says otherwise.
Under the current pricing configuration, an ordinary text post uses 1.5 X Credits, a post containing a URL uses 20 X Credits, and each included item of media alt-text metadata adds 0.5 X Credit. Each segment of a multi-post thread is charged separately. If more than one X account is selected, the applicable cost is charged for each account. PostChorus displays an estimated total and asks for confirmation before publishing.
PostChorus reserves the estimated credits while publishing is attempted and deducts credits only for completed X requests. Unused reserved credits are released. If part of a thread publishes before a later part fails, only the completed portion is charged. Publishing through managed X access is blocked when the account does not have enough credits.
X Credits are limited-use service credits. They are not currency, have no cash value, do not earn interest, and cannot be transferred between customers unless PostChorus expressly provides otherwise. Except where required by law or the applicable payment provider, purchased and used credits are not refundable.
Credit-pack prices and future per-post credit costs may change in response to X API pricing, taxes, payment-platform fees, or operating costs. The applicable price and estimated credit cost will be shown before a new purchase or before a post is confirmed. Previously completed charges will not be recalculated.
Purchasing credits does not guarantee that X or its API will remain available, maintain its current pricing, or accept a particular post. Customer-provided X developer access, when offered, remains subject to the customer’s separate agreement with X.
URL shortening
PostChorus may offer managed PostChorus Short Links, integration with a customer’s Custom YOURLS service, or both. When more than one shortening service is available, you may be asked to select which service to use. Short links may depend on third-party infrastructure and are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
You may not use a PostChorus-provided shortening service to conceal malicious, deceptive, illegal, infringing, or abusive destinations. PostChorus may disable or remove managed links when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or address abuse.
Optional AI assistance
AI-generated writing and alt-text suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every suggestion before using or publishing it. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, legally protected, or otherwise private information to an AI-assistance feature. PostChorus does not publish an AI suggestion automatically.
Support services
PostChorus provides support through its support page and, when available, the signed-in Support Center. To help investigate a request, you may be asked to provide your platform, application version, destination service, approximate time of the issue, and exact error message. Never submit social-network passwords, recovery keys, Bridge encryption keys, payment-card numbers, or private access tokens through a support case.
PostChorus’s standard support target is to provide an initial response within 48 business hours. This is a response target, not a guarantee that every issue will be resolved within that period. Resolution time may depend on the complexity of the issue, customer responses, third-party providers, platform reviews, outages, or other circumstances outside PostChorus’s control.
Acceptable use
You may not use PostChorus to violate the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious software, gain unauthorized access, evade platform restrictions, artificially manipulate a connected service, send unlawful spam, disguise harmful links, or abuse or disrupt PostChorus or a connected service. You must not connect an account you are not authorized to use.
Availability and changes
PostChorus may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features. Individual integrations may be limited to provisioned customers, affected by application-review requirements, or disabled in response to a third-party platform change. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or successful delivery to every destination.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address misuse, prevent fraud, respond to a third-party platform requirement, collect an unpaid amount, or enforce these terms. You may stop using PostChorus and disconnect your accounts at any time.
Ending or deleting a PostChorus account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or another payment provider. Subscriptions must also be canceled through the applicable provider. Some information may be retained after account closure when required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, dispute handling, legal compliance, or other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostChorus is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostChorus and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost content, lost profits, delayed or failed publication, lost posting credits resulting from actions outside PostChorus’s reasonable control, or losses caused by a connected third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
The PostChorus Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, stored, disclosed, and deleted.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as PostChorus evolves. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the PostChorus support page. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, recovery keys, or other secrets in a support request.
